Sgt Tom Cunnally - Believe it or not, I hardly ever have my TV on. Unless a car show, car movie, or NASACAR and NFL, It's off. Most of what I get is when I'm at work, reading what folks say here, going to news sites, and comparing it. But in Trumps case, it's not hard to see the mistake the RNC is about to have on it's hands. Gym is three to four days a week. I'd do more, but I'm still learning form over weight. So I look stupid benching 135 for 5 sets of 10, when I could max out at 315 for one (where I want to be). My trainer keeps me in line. I was tearing myself up BAD in the beginning of this. Tell me I can't do something, I'm dumb enough to try.

Sgt Tom Cunnally - It was a requirement when I got the surgery. Had to show proof I was a gym member and where, along with who my trainer is. Funny how it worked out...my Dr. and I use the same trainer.
