I have to admit, it makes sense- don't throw good money after bad. Reorganize, restructure, revamp- then roll out the new and improved VA, hire the right people for the job. It makes more sense than hire a bunch of people to lay them off in a few months- it's a lot easier not to hire than to fire

As long as the quality of care improves and the attitudes improves as well as the quality of workers I dont care if he throws 3/4 out. Im tired of bottom notch employees who think only of their paychecks and give sub standard care.
