As U.S District Court for the District of Columbia Judge Tanya Chutkan ponders issuing a limited gag order on Donald Trump to keep him for inciting violence against prosecutors, jurors and judges, a former prosecutor claimed the restriction on what Trump could say would also benefit his legal team.

According to former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance, the former president is not only his worst enemy due to his penchant for saying whatever is on his mind, but he is also making his lawyer's plans to defend him in four separate courtrooms harder than it should be.

On her "Civil Discourse" Substack platform, Vance stated Trump's lawyers would probably appreciate the D.C.-based judge making the former president do something that they have been unable to do: watch his mouth.
