Not they will win their cases now that the audits are proving they were right.SPC Kevin Ford

CPL Earl Kochis - Private partisan audits conducted in secret have no sway for anyone outside the cult of Trump. That's just to make the believers feel good.
Having said that, even if all the election claims turned out to be true, that wouldn't save these individuals. It would not alter one iota the conduct they engaged in given what they possibly could have known at the time.

SPC Kevin Ford - I cannot believe trump cultists like Kochis can be this delusional.

1SG (Join to see) - What's going on in AZ is purely a political stunt. If they were really concerned with doing an audit that was legally sound they would have had to consider the chain of custody of those ballots. There will never be a legal case to be made based on those ballots at all from here on out.
The chain of custody of the collection of ballots is now:
The voters
The state
A collection of private individuals who had them in secret
Is there now anyway to show that the collection of ballots is unaltered from when the voters cast them? Nope. That ship's sailed. The're never going to be able to get back to that.

I have read that some attorneys might be punished for bringing frivolous lawsuits to the courts.

SPC Kevin Ford - I ask myself why do millions of Americans support such a prolific liar like Trump. The only reason I can think of is they all believe Trump, the GOP, and right wing media at face value. Case in point is they will say ad nauseum that the pandemic planning was good because Trump stopped some air travel and the Democrats screamed xenophobia! They say this over and over again, verbatim. This narrative tells me Trump and his administration really did nothing to plan for the pandemic.

MAJ Ken Landgren - The only thing I can figure out is the mentality is akin to a cult.

SPC Kevin Ford - That too. It must be a combination of things to make them so stupid.
