He probably would have stood up during the Constitutional Convention and told the founders the colonists had no business owning muskets. So what. He would have been as wrong then as he is now.

Let's keep in mind that Dr. Winslow was not a line officer EVER. So Dr. Winslow is by no means an expert on small arms. I don't know about you, but I do not remember a single doctor, dentist, nurse, veterinarian, or JAG officer on any live fire range. So yes -- most likely not his area of expertise.

So what is acceptable to gun grabbers? After semi-automatics, then lever action, then revolvers, then bolt action, then muzzle loaders... What is the specific maximum effective rate of fire acceptable? To which weapons must be engineered and cannot be re-engineered beyond.

And I think it is insane that someone could spend that long in uniform and not know the difference between semi-automatic and automatic. Just goes to show that not everyone in the military is weapon proficient.
