He claims Russia is violating pact by flying over his resorts and trying to map out our infrastructure network and not letting us fly over certain Russian sites. What are the odds we do exactly the same thing he’s accusing Russia of doing? Units deployed in the field training or testing are notified when Open Skies is on going so we take the appropriate OPSEC and COMSEC measures. We can demand updating the treaty without withdrawing from it but I’m not hearing any demands that are significant. This just seems like a petty distraction to destroy all treaties we have.
