He and his family have a very rough road ahead. Sorry but I have so little regard that I expect the Resistance to attack even his children if they believe it will help their cause.

CPT Jack Durish - I hate to say it but I'm pretty sure the nasty will surface very soon to follow the usual dirty political approach. The complete lack of ethics and political battles by political parties instead of looking at the candidate and not who made the nomination. Will these animals in the House and Senate ever get the message its not their parties they should be working for but the citizens of their states and more important ALL of us, the citizens of the United States Also families, especially the children should be strictly off limits, they are not the people nominated and for a change try to be civil even to the candidate.

The House and Senate aren't the only ones that work for the citizens, please don't forget your president. It seems he's running a "one man" show/country. All politician work the the US people, for some reason they have forgotten about that.

The left will do their best to "Bork" him... they have nothing left. Their problem is that they are so self unaware, that they do not realize the rise in incivility and viciousness, the idea that if it isn't the Democratic Socialist way then the hell with it, is all pushing more and more people to the Republican party or Independent. Kanye West was just the beginning of the #WalkAway movement (which the Dems have no said is nothing more then Russian bots (gee would have thought they would use that excuse)). It is pretty pathetic and sad that in 60 years or so, the left has gone from JFK to a bunch of sniveling 2 year olds that need a nap! CPT Jack Durish

Even the House is attempting to Bork him:

Pelosi vows to 'avenge President Obama' in Supreme Court fight
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi sent out a dramatic, no-holds-barred fundraising email on Monday saying she is determined to avenge President Obama if it’s the last thing I do by preemptively opposing President Trump's Supreme Court nominee.

There is a lot more at stake here than the Roe v Wade abortion rights decision. There is the fundamental nature of the relationship between the rich and the poor - labor unions - class action certifications - LGBT rights - religious rights - immigration - pure and simple civility, kindness, and decency. What are the limits on the power of the White House, the Congress, and the Judiciary? What roles do the police and the military play in our society? What are our fundamental rights? Do we treat others as we would prefer to be treated - or simply condemn the poor to hell because they cannot afford to litigate the destruction of individual rights by the wealthy and the government ??? Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
CPT Jack Durish
Wow! That's a lot but I don't think any of it has anything to do with SCOTUS. The Justices hear constitutional appeals and Admiralty cases. For that we need well qualified jurists.

CPT Jack Durish - These are all ultimately constitutional issues that have been litigated in the past at the US Supreme Court level - are the law of the land at the present - and are subject to recision by a conservative activist US Supreme Court bench. Sandy :)
MAJ (Join to see)
1LT Sandy Annala - Which is why Trump's pick of a quasi constitutionalist is a decent pick, rather than someone who will reinterpret the constitution based on their personal beliefs.
