Unfortunately there isn't enough money in the world, either governmental, tax paid, private billionaire money, or charitable contributions, to fund every worthwhile do-good cause out there. Would that we could somehow support the rest of the world in solving their health and economic and political problems by throwing money on them. People have squawked long enough at our military slowly strangled, capped, and otherwise sequestered to death. Our ships are running into each other and rusting away is one good example.
