We watch Biden in a clear state of confusion and senility. So we need a counter-narrative. Not much to really see here.
But it does lend itself to a less partisan line of thought - should there be an age ceiling to accompany the Constitutional minimum age of 35? This is not the first time this has been a concern, but it is the first time such concerns might apply to both candidates.
