I feel sorry for all those affected. Many are underinsured. The infrastructure will be down for weeks and even if you have claims adjusters out there handing out checks, you won't have any contractors there to be able to fix things for a long time. They'll be borrowing repair Crews from other states and they're going to be in short supply because they're trying to fix stuff in Puerto Rico as well and other states affected by this and other weather events that happened beforehand. President Trump is the least worry of any of this when the military including active and Reserve component commands may have to due direct support to civilian authorities because of the natural disaster.

Defense Support of Civil Authorities
The Army Reserve provides federal support to Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) during emergencies with capabilities such as aviation lift, search and rescue or extraction, quartermaster (food, shelter, potable water, heated tents, etc.), civil affairs and public information as well as a significant portion of full-spectrum engineer capability.
