Why doesn't he just sit back. Get with his legal team and judges and draw up a reasonable plan. I mean right now he isn't looking like the smartest guy in the room. He needs to develop some patience. Draw whats law or laws he wants enforced and get it right the first time. Right now he looks like a commander who screwed up and Article 15 because he didn't speak to legal first.
