Yay, it is so refreshing to see a POTUS who supports the military again.

If someone has the actual draft order, could you please link it?

Now, I urge everyone to take a look for themselves and see what it says - but, in case you're too busy, here's the short version:
1. It directs the military to do a readiness assessment and determine what it needs to be more ready.
2. It empowers the President and Sec Def to decide how to make the military more ready.
3. It directs the military to assess how to update our nuclear arsenal to be more modern.

What is doesn't do:
1. Talk about pay raises for anyone.
2. Talk about more money going to the military for anything.
3. Talk about making the military larger (or smaller).
