Trump: U.S. will cease building nuclear arsenal if other countries stop first

So wait? The argument about wanting everyone to reduce their stockpiles is wrong. But we should threaten add to an already large stockpile when a nation builds one? Guess what those other nation leaders can say, "I'll stop trying to build a nuke if you get rid of all of yours." Well that will never happen either. Just face it, long as nukes exist there will be a desire to have one.
