It was the best complaint they could cry about over the last 3 weeks. Intelligent people have debunked the Dems claim that "families will be paying more with a tax cut", Congress has exposed the FBI investigations are tainted, and Hillary is finally in hot water for all the shady stuff she has done. CNN has used up all of their "The Sky is Falling" rhetoric for the year.

I heard he did this last minute signing to spite the press, which had been questioning if he was going to deliver the tax cut in time for Christmas as promised, or break his promise and wait until after the New Year for a big ceremony. This way he was he was able to twist the press' tail, deliver before Christmas and still have a grand signing ceremony after New Years. DT delights in antagonizing the press and media.

Right on. If he had waited till after the New Year, the lame-stream press would have spent the next 10 days whining that he had failed to fulfill his promise to have the bill in time for Christmas. NOW, because he actually DID fulfill his promise, they are bitching that he did it without the full presence of the press. The lame-stream press is predictable AND BORING!!!!!!

Capt Tom Brown Not quite. He didn't like the tv coverage that said he was going to fail to meet his promise so he ordered a hurried signing ceremony. He is not going to re-sign the bill next year.
