The thing that stood out for me was Education Secretary nominee DeVos is on the fence as two GOP senators will vote no, so they're switching the order of confirmation votes so Attorney General nominee (Sen. Sessions) can vote and save her confirmation...Does that seem shady to anyone else?

They are working side deals to win back those two GOP senators and any Dems. "Quid pro quo" is the only way stuff gets done and Trump made that truth known with his own appointees that he will play the same game. DeVos will get confirmed and both parties will continue to be hypocrites.

The system for all is used when the majority holds the votes. I clearly remember others being confirmed in the same way 8 yrs ago. That being said the way all these people are being treated shows just how petty some are when things are changing.
