This is not funny in my view, as it appears that the person in the image is a pregnant female...and to an adversary like China, Russia, Iran, etc. that shows a sign of weakness within the Military fighting force... Now I don't disagree that some men exhibit this body shape, but no male in the service should ever look like he is totally out of shape... Again, it shows weakness to the same adversaries...
