I was a topic of discussion today between Admin and newcomers to RP who thought I was in violation of UCMJ Article 134 and Article 88. I also think they felt I was also violating the Hatch Act.

Some here want to criticize me for making comments that maybe hurt their feelings about their squared-away President Brokeback Biden. I am retired. Some did not know this. Even so, I never got busted or counseled by anyone here (except for vulgarity on RP but NOT on my overall topic content), and my Security Clearance was renewed and not affected when I was on Title 10 for short periods (15, 25 or 60 days) from 2015-2021. I was a TPU Reserve Soldier most of the time. I have been on RP since 2015.

Like President Reagan has said, 'Are you better off than you were 4 years ago? No, I'm not talking about no Mean Tweets. Our defense expenditures are down (a pathetic 10% increase in expenditures with a 12% inflation rate and an extreme increase in the price of fuel means net replacement and upgrades of existing platforms are degraded) climate change is a top priority to this Biden Administration with some pro-green agenda departments getting a 27% increase compared to our DOD and our enemies are considered 'Near peer competitors'. Our Neer-Peer Enemy Competitors are ready to strike and continue to build up their Navy while we start putting 24 ships in the Reserve Fleet because we have no money but Biden has $360 Billion in the Inflation Reduction Act (Orwellian term) to bribe other countries to go Green by using Chinese-made infrastructure paid for by the US taxpayer.


JFK and President Clinton's common sense of lowering taxes to raise more revenue (See the Economist Arthur Laffer Curve that modern Democrats despise. The reality of lower taxes means more money to the Treasury goes against their leftist Tax and Spend ignorance) goes against this administration's ignoring ( I believe on purpose) common sense in College-level Economics and Finance 101. Leftist policies on taxation and spending go against what I was taught in college and what Economists Larry Kudlow (Republican under Reagan/Trump) and Larry Summers (Democrat under Clinton/Obama) warned Biden and his minions what NOT to do to cause inflation and a recession.

This Administration didn't listen to Democrat Economist Larry Summers about overspending and now we are in a self-inflicted recession- in- progress because the Federal Reserve has had to raise interest rates to calm the overheated economy. Also, our national security is in jeopardy. Our borders are not secure. Our Homeland Security chief is definitely accused of lying to the American public saying the border is secure when we've had approximately 150+ Army divisions of illegal aliens and got aways coming in this country since President Biden took office.

Approximately 1 Brigade comes in per 24 hours. The challenge is, in my opinion, is they want to get as many illegal aliens to come in here so they can give them blanket amnesty so they can have enough to have a Democrat supermajority by 2028. Democrats, before used to believe in Immigration and even President Clinton, put National Guard troops under Operation GateKeeper. My very first Duty station after basic training was with a 40th MP Company, 40th ID California Army National Guard in Los Alamitos, California and some of my soldiers were part of Operation Gatekeeper under title 32 back when Democrats believed in closed/secured borders.

I spoke Spanish as my first language. I speak it fluently and I can roll my r's. I can also speak it in a subjunctive tense and Spanish speakers worldwide are amazed. In the last decade, I've gone to Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador a few times.

I may have a Irish last name but my mother was from Honduras and she came here legally with a Master's Degree after getting the best grades in school and earning a scholarship. My mother ended studying all over South America. When she came to the usa, she did not need any social assistance. So don't use the leftist Tactical nuke (I'm racist) comment. I'll just laugh and say that 'I only believe in one, race the human race'. This is what the niece of Dr Martin Luther King thinks about racism. We are all human and we all bleed red. Exaggeration of race and class is something the left does today and communists did during the 1960s cultural revolution in Red China which is almost identical to the US government pushing critical race Theory at the service academies, in all federal departments and at the local school level.

So here this former Democrat from Hawaii who has served in Wartime and was prior enlisted is now an independent because her Democratic party left her.

I have been on this medium for 6 years and I even spoke here when I was on temporary Title 10 active duty. The active Guard Reserve full-timers and others who knew me in my command didn't call me in. My S2 or Jag didn't say anything. Some of them are here on Facebook and Rally Point to as well and they never came out and warned me in person when I was at the unit, Never called me or emailed me and told me to knock it off.

Maybe some of you have had zealous jag people go after service members for speaking their minds?

I think there's a little bit more flexibility and limited enforceability of the UCMJ and the Hatch Act for Reserve component soldiers.
