It seems to be natural enough to question such a situation to me, Capt Dwayne Conyers. I think anyone would be naturally curious.
My daughter had fraternal twins (a boy and a girl) last October. This doesn't seem much different to me. The article doesn't indicate one way or the other (I don't think), but it seems to me that they must be fraternal twins. It seems like an easy explanation to me.
