I’ve been following this story with some amusement. Suppose they sue and an American judge finds in their favor, I’m curious if they will ever collect. Lol. Yes, I know there is no way they can enforce a judgement in another country. Either way, it’s funny.

CW3 Matt Hutchason If I had to Guess Dee would sue both in the US and Australia. If He Wins Just in the US Any US Assets that the Australian Politician has in the US Could be Seized.

That’s a good point. I didn’t even think about suing the guy in his own country. I also didn’t think about asset forfeiture. Sometimes I have to be slapped with things that are otherwise obvious. Lol. It happens more than I care to say. :)PO1 William "Chip" Nagel
