Don't use it much. Dan Crenshaw posts something all the time and that hero is attacked by the trolls no matter what he says.

Board members are fiduciaries. Fiduciaries are personally responsible for failure to do due diligence with investors monies. Musk can rally investors who believe the Fiduciaries are not doing due diligence and sue them. Not Twitter as an entity, but the individual board members.
