Wow, I never heard the terms Corporate Manslaughter or Corporate Homicide before. Not sure we have anything like it except civil recourse in our court system???

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I would say so too. But how? Some corporations have a huge board of directors, plus CEO, COO, CFO etc. Do you charge each and every one individually and who knows how far down the corporate ladder it goes or for that matter how High? Mind boggling to say the least.

Not saying it couldn't happen here, but our building code inspections during and after construction seem to be more aggressive than theirs. Greed is the bottom line.
