Who cares what the UN thinks or says. They have zero business to do with it. In fact, the UN should pack up and move the UN building out of the US. They are pathetic hypocrites.

Both, because the UN has no say on how we conduct our business in the US. They are not a governmental body that will ever have say in how the US operates, or how individual states operate.
This guy was tried and convicted by a jury and sentenced to death. How that death occurs is no business of the UN's. They don't like capital punishment, but that's too damn bad.
