When I watch these shows, I have to think about the MANY hours of rehearsal that went into them. There is not a music-stand in sight, so everything had to be memorized to the nth-degree.

I remember watching the Air Force Band do this once. It was an absolute blast to watch.

I have found splice, increased range of motion, and fun teaching swim lessons in the pool! I am a KID at heart and am able to do things in the pool I would NEVER even attempt on land! There was a reason (while teaching Aquatic Fitness at Camp LeJeune) I was nick-named “Water Woman”! Definitely considered it a compliment coming from Marines!SN Donald Hoffman

Not everyone is ‘part fish’ and I completely understand! can’t remember not being in the water! Born on the Finger Lakes of NY, then to the beaches of Long Island, and the pools in Raleigh, even the swim team! PE in college was lifeguard training. When I got hurt in Basic and properly diagnosed at completion of AIT; I swam when my unit ran. I continued to swim a mile a day while on Active Duty. I swam in Grad School for stress and then when working for USMC, I discovered aquatic fitness, got my certification, and taught class on lunch hour while working full time as an in-home Therapist. After being told my degree was in wrong field, I embraced the aquatics arena. Taught classes, became Red Cross swim Instructor and then a USSA swim coach. Head coach for Camp LeJeune year round swim team, then 4A High school, and 2A High School and finally Water Safety Instructor-Trainer. Now I teach for ‘something to do’ and workout in the pool for stress and fitness. Not everyone loves the water the way I do and that’s fine. I just found my solace In the water!SN Donald Hoffman

It is great you found a passion, most don’t. Have you thought about working with vets that have PTSD and or depression. Sounds like a good fit. Just a suggestion. SPC Nancy Greene

Great public-relations! My band only had about forty members, so we were way too small to pull-off something like this.
