SSG Warren Swan 0 day is the toughest in the Army. I will never forget the obstacle course, then comes the two mile road March with 35lbs ruck, it was a day to remember with all the over head arm claps. The toughest 10 days in the Army. I made it until day 6. The Sling-load got me. Oh well, I tried!

That three mile run used to be in boots and that rucksack used to weigh 45 lbs.
