Is this the wave of the future sue the president if you don't like the fight.

War Powers Act hasn't been used since 1941. They have had several War Power Resolutions (money).
The last time someone sued it was thrown out because congress had funded it.
Does he have precedent?

If they couldn't sue for Vietnam. I highly doubt he will be successful.
