OK. We are a culture in transition. It is insane to see why we cannot institute a "Welcome to America" immigration policy for legal immigration similar to the way Ellis Island was set up for immigrants to come to America legally, healthy and to prevent the illegal way of the "empty suit" leadership at the top now.
