According to the article he got popped for disobeying orders and false official statements. If you do stupid and/or illegal things you get what you earn. According to the article he admitted to multiple assaults online and posted pics and there was video proof. A month confinement and a discharge is getting off easy. Maybe the civilian courts will still have a say in his other actions.
