This sounds like it was spearheaded and purchased by the Navy. Do you know how this will impact the Army and other services in the future in regards to their TTPs? Will they also be using this new solution? It sounds awesome. Much better than the charcoal or bleach remedies of the past.

I work for the organization that licensed this from the Navy. It was developed by NSWCDD and ECBC. Live agent testing was conducted at ECBC as well. Battelle has also conducted a number of tests.
This has been submitted to the JPEO for General Purpose Decon for Hardened Military Equipment (JGDP-HME). Many NG CSTs have adopted Dahlgren Decon simply because of how powerful it is, as well as how quick it is. Special Operations Units across the country have validated it and use it in OCONUS missions because of its versatility.
To put it in prospective, you can 100% remove and neutralize TICs, TIMs, CHEM, BIO in less than two minutes. G and H less than 5 and VX in less than 15 minutes. All with a neutral pH. Try to do that with any bleach remedy.
