President Trump said the U.S. will withdraw from a decades-old treaty with Russia that eliminated a class of nuclear weapons after he accused Russia of violating the treaty.
"We're the ones that have stayed in the agreement and we've honored the agreement, but Russia has not unfortunately honored the agreement," Trump told reporters in Nevada, "so we're going to terminate the agreement, we're going to pull out."

MSG Stan Hutchison - First Step, acknowledge the treaty is null because it's already been violated by the other party.... Step 2 negotiations, Step 3 defensive development, Step 4 additional offensive measures. Hopefully we can stop the escalation at 2.

MSG Stan Hutchison - 1 yes, 2 because realistic sanctions work, 4, we have no defenses against intermediate range missiles, 4 develop our own if need by, that way we can take out theirs.
