Bloody Hell that is a bit strict, Isn't it! I don't have more than 2 if I'm driving but obviously you can't do that in Japan.

That is not surprising SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. Hopefully the new rules on military bases were announced previously. This would allow both the military personnel and their families to prepare.
