LTC Eugene Chu So Much for that "Business Model" Nice Way of Denying Employees just the Minimal, Legal Benefits. God Bless California for Doing the Right Thing the Moral Thing.

This ruling is a way of denying some people extra money who have a hard time with current employers banning moonlighting.
