LTC (Join to see) Fidel Castro was a brutal dictator who lived high on the hog so to speak along with his cronies while many of his people eked out basic livings.
Background; My wife's family is Cuban. She escaped the island at age 14. Many of her relatives emigrated but many stayed behind - some were communists while others on her father's side were Christian pastors.

LTC (Join to see) - Fidel Castro and Ernesto Che Guevara were avowed Marxists. According to what may be an accurate blog:
"Fidel Castro attended three Jesuit institutions. College Lasalle and Colegio Dolores. “Colegio” in Spanish is a high school or junior college.
2) He then attended a Jesuit university for “preparatory” studies–obviously, what we would call a “general studies” program–at Colegio Belen, “general studies,” because, after he matriculated from there, he went to law school.
3) Upon graduating from law school he joined the Orthodox or Christian Democrat party." The Christian Democrat party was neither Christian nor democratic.

LTC Stephen F. - Stephen to my question was garbled by the voice text but I was asking about Castro and Stalin and I didn't know they were trained by Jesuits amazing how our Pope is a Jesuit and he is for the people in many respects like those dictators but they didn't show The Compassion that the church did or that the Jesuits did.

, I haven't forgotten Castro's Army in Mozambique and Angola. His age and tortured American pows at the Hanoi Hilton and he sponsored revolutions all over Central and South America as well his secret service protects Hugo Chavez when he was alive and probably protects the new church president as we speak. My cousin is in the Honduran government and he remembers meeting Hugo Chavez when he was so is representative and he was protected by Cuban Secret Service.
