Unexplained brain symptoms spark recall of Canadian diplomatic families from Cuba

It seems that hasn't been found outside their Diplomatic people which I would think makes it highly suspect as to the cause. If Canadian Diplomats are being targeted that pretty disturbing. I would think other countries also should be very concerned of course to include the United States. Seems Cuba can ill afford to raise these types of concerns from other nations. It should be itersting if they can find the actual cause.
