The author sounds like a good student of Marxism. Overbooking has been an industry standard, but removing a passenger after they've already seated them to accommodate employees isn't a double standard, it's bad management.

Actually they have shown that Capitalism works as it should. Right now United is losing Millions a day, their stocks are down people are calling for a boycott, in time we will see a trade based demand for change. This will be done by the dollar. They will be forced to change their polies are risk losing it all.

Remember - Europeans do the same to us that we do to them. We accuse them all of being socialists with socialism as the source of all of their problems. They accuse us of all being capitalists with capitalism as the source of all of our problems.
