This incident occurred on a regional Republic, however the media need a car crash and gave it way more attention than needed. Did you see the video before the draging happened that he said he would sue United and that the security personnel would have to drag him off. Instead of complying as adult should do, he threw a temper tantrum, as he resisted, he was the one the injured himself by knocking his face into the armrest. It's best not to judge before all of the evidence is in. I will bet they didn't settle with a huge amount of money, United had a good case.
