Student body vice president, Rohini Sethi, received 50-day suspension as a student government leader which means that she will lose her stipend during that time. For expressing criticism of the Black Lives Matter movement, Sethi has also been ordered to attend a diversity seminar. If she fails to attend, she will be impeached and removed from office.

Oooh, this happens in workplaces. Because work and/or schools have 'contracts' the issue (could?) be violation of standards of conduct (thin argument). BUT, if she finds that any other student rep said something like BLM and was NOT punished = discrimination

We used to call America the Melting Pot.All colors congealed together for freedom.Now The PC crowd is hell bent on separating us into racial classifications. Dont fall into that bottomless pit. We all are children of God. A divided Nation will turn to ruins. Respect one another no matter what ever our ethnicity. I think they are wrong for punishing her for her statement. We served so that right along with other is protected.
