Absolutely not! All subs I served on were well outside the 12 mile limit. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Meh, that track looks well outside the 12-mile demarcation line. Which means even if there is one, (personally I suspect training) there's little to be done about it unlesss it attacks something. I doubt Fat Boy Leader has the balls, and neither China nor Russia will do anything stupid other than show presence.
