Again, I will ask the same question I been asking since last week.

What good is a life when you try to shut out anyone that does not think exactly like you?

Some of the best ideas come out a good two side conversation. If you don't like my idea then tell me why and then we can talk about why I think my way and why you think your way. No need to just end what was until one point, a good partnership.

Words can have serious financial consequences. A 10% drop in stock price is very real for share holders. He should be fired by the board of directors. This will not help them with any sort of relationship with the new administration either. These sorts of comments have real tentacles.

The CEO of Pepsi stepped in it the other day too. She is now facing angry customers starting to boycott PepsiCo products such as Pepsi. Lays, Doritos and many others. These idiot social warriors have to learn when to hold their fire.

That is how the system works, 1st amendment guarantees your right to speak, but says nothing about the reaction of the voting and buying public. Never liked Pepsi and despite her inane comments, I can't give up my Lays Potato Chips.

I am not 100% certain but I was recently advised that the 1st Amendment only guarantees freedom of speech from federal government interference. It does not guarantee any protections from the Bill of Rights, related to the Commonwealth of Virginia. That is why the Governor can violate the 2nd Amendment in VA.

Any attorney reading this, please correct me where I am in error.
