This is a good common sense change. Now if we could get all the services to agree at what enlisted grade a person is an Non-Commissioned Officer.

This has been in our Navy blood for over 200 years. Our service is not young and growing it has been a major asset and force for over 200 years. Lets hope we do not wait 10 years to recall this decision. The rate system is NOT broken - so why is someone trying to fix it.

LTJG (Join to see) - Agree specialities are important. I wore my wings with pride just like Naval Aviators do. But they are a qualification badge same as surface warfare. I too don't give a shirt for autocorrect.
