Looks like Fort Gordon alright, but not 100% sure. If it is, most likely these are AIT students.... Fort Gordon is the home of the Signal School (where radiomen learn to be radiomen).

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - A Spook huh? I grew up with a guy who went Navy when I went Army. I was a 35N SIGINT Analyst, and he was a spook. We even chewed up some of the same ground in Iraq at the same time without knowing that each other was there. I am not sure if he stayed til retirement but I retired in 2012.

I'm currently in AIT here and yes I can confirm both Fort Gordon AND AIT. I dont know the company but it's at 369 SIG BN
