Federal prosecutors have decided not to press criminal charges against two former executives at the Department of Veterans Affairs who were accused of manipulating the agency's hiring system for their own gain.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia said Thursday it has declined a referral from the VA inspector general for criminal prosecution of Diana Rubens and Kimberly Graves.

Ain't this a pisser? The only ones who seem concerned about the way vets are treated and the corruption in the VA are the vets. These two hags steal, $400,000 and no prosecution.
I wonder how much of a cut the US Attorney received to not prosecute them. This is another case of VA BS.

I suspect on the 20th of January 2017---depending on who wins the presidential election---the Justice Department will go back to dispensing justice, and a lot of Washington appointed civil servants will be losing their jobs----As a matter of fact, some may decide to fins another country to live in. Preferably one without an extradition treaty with the United States. May I recommend Argentina. There are some old Nazi's down there and they can get together Friday nights, and reminisce about the new world order that almost was.
