US cautiously watching EU military proposal

NATO has never worked as envisioned, at least when we need them... but it was created with one simple concept in mind... and that was a military one... Not so, with the EU... They should stick to what they were created for and leave defense alone... or, just support NATO. We seem to get l less from all these alliances than we give... NATO... UN... ETC.
