AAAaaarrrggghhh! "But, but, But Privatizing is always Better, Let's Contract it Out" BS We have talented Security Folks in the Military. Use them while they are still in Uniform. This just aggravates the Piss Out of Me. Same thing with Construction done by Contractors when Seabees can do the Job 10 times better.

Deadlines have to be met, and sometimes you need to contract out to met it.
