this is a set up by the UN backed ICC... this Crap was dealt with 12 years ago so the ICC and the UN can FOAD...

SSG Shavonde Chase May Have? Probably Did is more like it. We don't always recruit Rocket Scientist with a Good Background in Philosophy, History. We recruit folks easily Manipulated by Nationalist Propaganda. Folks that will willingly climb into a Meat Grinder for 'God and Country". I hope, I believe and may I say Dream the Vast Majority of my Fellow Vets are better than That but I am aware of the Village Idiots that makes us all look bad.

Well I mean it's a crime to cook a grenade, but in the heat of the moment I'm sure you won't want those things being thrown back at you.
I believe in equal force should be met with equal force, if you follow the rules, I'll follow the rules, but if you don't, I shouldn't. Because what's the purpose of restricting my job, and how I do my job to accomplish what ever goal my country has set for me, when my enemy isn't even following those restrictions.
Now there are a few things that are war crimes that I agree should be illegal. (Use of Chemical, Poisonous, biological warfare) and I feel that we should take the Russian's approach on mine warfare, though I feel there should be a type of mine created that when ever you have the device that it was placed out of, they are all deactivated and won't explode, that way we don't hear the "echo" of war.

In short, war is dirty no matter how clean of the record the country has, everyone will eventually commit war crimes of several different degrees of right and wrong.
