I never thought about ISIS trying a trick like this. They probably want another $400,000, but this time, they're SOL.
The US military has denied claims by Islamic State (Isis) that one of its soldiers has been captured in Afghanistan following heavy fighting. The Amaq News Agency – the terror group's propaganda arm – posted a number of photographs of US army equipment, including weapons and radios, as well as photo ID of a soldier called Ryan Larson. Amaq did not give details of when the photographs were taken but there is speculation it was after heavy fighting in Nangarhar Province in July.

Here is a scenario, a soldier is wounded, a medic or Life Saver rips the soldier's uniform to get at the wounds, life saving is started while the radio person calls for medivac and while medic is busy keeping soldier alive and the team is busy fighting off the enemy no one gives a **ck about gear because a soldier life is first. The medivac arrives and it takes two or four to carry the wounded and **ck the gear get the hell out alive is first.

That's not a scenario. I saw that happen all the time and it wasn't always Medvac that saved their life by performing life saving measures. We loaded up many WIA troops, with weapons, and I performed basic life saving, until we got to the hospital and the nurses took over.

Sir, I don't intend to despite the very real possibility and the fact that the lives of our men can't be replaced. Doesn't that pose a possible advance in inflation issues? (Ya I know think tank lol)

SPC Sheryl Koch - The reality is that material things can in cases of extreme emergency be left behind, so what is the issue with material things that are found. I bet we will find material things when we hit the Infidel State leadership and the run; picture of their Goat in high heels and with lip stick..

Wonder why the chip is missing. The fact that the operation was one partnered with Afghans explain why some of the gear looks like crap. The only thing I question is the IBA being left behind. I could care less about the rest as you are supposed to be wearing that vest at the very least.

MSG (Join to see), I hear this morning, ISIS does have a POW, and Syria executed a journalist when they found out he was a double agent. They're saying, it's a possibility they found out via Clintons emails. But, I don't know if there is any proof of that. I also did not hear a name of the POW, so that may not be true. It's a confusing world over there.
