Not quite accurate. There are still some quantities of mustard gas at both locations, but there are different ways to neutralize it.
This stuff could have been done almost 20 years ago if the local NIMBY's hadn't intervened about incineration, which is how if was destroyed at other sites. They literally had to develop a new method to get this done.
