Killed by friendly fire is a tragic fact of war the most hazardous and dangerous human activity. In WWII during the breakout from Normandy, friendly troops were bombed at least twice by allied bombers, killing hundreds. Doesn't make the loss of one friendly acceptable.

Capt Tom Brown Like the Form says when you have Surgery "I Realize Medicine/Surgery is not an Exact Art" (It Doesn't Even say Science) Our Chosen Profession is not quite Surgical all the time either.

Sucks that that happened. This is one of the dangers of partnering with less professional services. Perhaps we should start limiting our strikes to those called in by our own people.

From the Sound of What I've been hearing Lately, This was All on Us. If a Third Party had called it in, It would Make Sense.
