Surprising read. Don't know which is more funny, the statement from the adviser who said he watched Cops and NCIS to prepare himself for training and advising Afghan security forces or that we wasted billions of dollars over the last 16 years without a real plan. Either way, this is disappointing.

They should have watched Heartbreak Ridge. It would have been just as informative and more entertaining. How can you learn anything buy watching tv shows? REALLY???

Looks like we abandoned the practice that was in place in '08-'09 to have Military Police teams train the Afghan police.
