US Navy warships will again fly Union Jack after 17 years

March 2, 2019 I attended the Commissioning of the Fleets newest warship. The USS Charleston LCS-18. When the Skipper gave the Bosun of the Watch the command, the Flaqs were raised on the Fantail, Bow and the Battle Flag was raised on the Main mast as the Commissioning Pennant was released. on the Bow the Navy Jack flew proudly!
