Lets see, sovereign immunity for the Saudi's and none for Iran. Kerry isn't going to like this, it will off set the approximately $100B in frozen assets plus interest, according to some reports, that will be unfrozen and repatriated to Iran. Don't make any plans on how to spend the money until it's in your bank account.

Color me jaded and cynical. If I were a member of one of those families, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for one red cent to come from the Iranian government.
